Every watch is hand-assembled in our New Hampshire studio, built exactly to your spec.

Production

Ready-to-ship models leave our studio in 5 to 7 business days. Each movement is hand-adjusted and tested three times before it earns our seal.

Custom dial orders take 10 to 15 business days. We send you a design proof to approve before we begin.

You will receive updates at every stage of the build, and you can check your order status anytime.

Craftsmanship

Every watch carries our hand-engraved wing logo, finished with precision color filling and polishing in-house.

Beyond that, we offer custom dial artistry, personalized surface designs, case back engraving, and full component color matching. Bring your unique vision to life from intricate hand-painted motifs to signature emblems and exclusive patterns. Our artists work closely with you to translate your ideas into stunning wearable art that tells your story.

All watches feature Swiss-grade luminous coating built to perform when you need it most.

Refund policy

Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions
Customized/DIY Orders: Due to their personalized nature, these items are non-returnable unless a confirmed movement or assembly defect is identified.
Clearance Items: Final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return (Important)
To initiate a return, you can submit your return request via our official returns portal:

Return Address: Do NOT mail your return to the registered business address. Our team will provide you with the specific Return Shipping Address (Fulfillment Center) once your request is approved.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Fees & Shipping
Return Shipping: For non-quality issues, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Processing Fee: A flat fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund to cover original shipping and handling.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
