What is a Mod watch?
A Seiko Mod watch is a customized version of a standard Seiko watch. The term "MOD" comes from "modification". These modifications are generally made for those who want to personalize their watch according to their specific tastes or needs.
Modifications can range from minor aesthetic changes to complete re-imaginings. What makes Seiko watches particularly suitable for modifications is the wide availability of spare parts. This abundance of components enables a wide range of customization, making each Seiko MOD watch unique.
What movements are used in our watches?
USAMOD watches are powered by genuine Seiko movements sourced from trusted, verified suppliers. Our builds commonly feature reliable calibers such as NH34 (GMT), NH35, NH70, and VK63/VK64 chronograph, along with select Miyota automatic movements for specific designs.
Each movement is brand-new, carefully inspected, and installed by hand, ensuring dependable accuracy and long-term performance.
