"The pictures looked good, but I honestly like it more in person. The blue dial really pops in natural light, and the gold and black combination works surprisingly well. I've already had a couple people ask me about it."
"What stood out to me was the dial. There's a lot going on, but it all comes together nicely. The gold accents look great against the blue, especially outside. Really happy with how it turned out."
"Wasn't sure how I'd feel about the rubber strap, but it's actually really comfortable. The watch has a nice presence on the wrist without feeling too bulky. Been reaching for this one more than I expected."
"I've owned quite a few watches at different price points, and this one definitely holds its own in terms of looks. "
Your order questions, answered.
Shipping, returns and service belong in the decision.
What will shipping cost, and when should I expect it?
Standard U.S. shipping is free. The shipping policy lists 3–5 business days for preparation plus 3–5 business days in transit, for an estimated 6–10 business days overall. These are estimates; check with us if you need the watch for a particular date.
What if the watch is not right for me?
You can request a return for an eligible order within 14 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging. Clearance items are final sale, and customers pay return shipping for non-quality issues. Confirm eligibility for a personalized or DIY order before purchasing.
Who helps if the watch develops a fault?
The standard one-year warranty covers qualifying movement or battery faults under the full terms. Movement replacement has a $30 labor fee. Water damage, accidents, unauthorized repairs and normal wear are excluded. Contact us for instructions and costs before sending a watch for service.
Can I swim or shower with the watch?
The listed 5 ATM rating is intended for everyday splashes. Avoid swimming, showering, hot water and steam. Keep the crown secured and do not operate the controls while wet. Water damage is excluded from the warranty.
What is a Seiko mod?
A Seiko mod is a watch built or modified around a Seiko-family movement, with a chosen combination of case, dial, hands and strap. This model uses the VK63 meca-quartz chronograph movement.
Can I choose another color or strap?
The DIY builder offers available models and component options. Choose your combination there and check its final price and order terms before purchasing.
